Event InformationMonday October 27, 2008 - 9am Course: The course, which is largely flat, is one loop around the city. The race starts and finishes close to the city center. The start is on Nassau Street near Kildare St. The early part of the course runs through the center of Dublin towards picturesque Phoenix Park . It then goes around the city edges and heads again towards the city center, first circling Trinity College and then onto the finish at Merrion Square West. Water is provided every 3 miles. Weather: Average temperatures range between 50F-65F with usually south to southwesterly breezes. Ideal conditions for running. Entry Fee: 80 Euro (about $120 USD as of 12/6/2007). Entry closes October 5th
and is done online. Time Limit: Timing is provided by Championchip and is limited to 8 hours. Awards: Every runner receives a plaque and commemorative T-shirt
