| November 5 | Depart from JFK or your home city to connect in JFK
with the Olympic Airlines flight to Athens. |
| November 6 | Arrive Athens and transfer to the Athens Gate Hotel in the city center. Afternoon city tour
with a visit to the Acropolis. Briefing and afternoon run to the Panathinaikan Olympic Stadium to loosen legs.

| November 7 | Breakfast is served each morning at your hotel. This morning we depart the hotel
to Cape Sounion to visit the Temple of Poseidon, the god of the sea in classical mythology. Afternoon is free to explore Athens. |
| November 8 | Day free for optional sightseeing, exploring the ancient Plaka or shopping.
Race check-in and number pickup will be distributed at the evening pasta dinner. |
| November 9 | RACE DAY! Transportation will be provided from the hotel to Marathon for the race start.
The hotel is an easy walk back from the finish line at the Staiudm. Post-race celebrating in the evening. |
| November 10 | Morning coach departure to the airport for those returning.
Optional "Classical Tour of Greece" Extension - Depart the hotel by motorcoach to head south-west to Corinth and Mycenae, a major
center of Greek civilization from 1600 BC to 1100 BC known as the Mycenaean Age. After lunch you continue to Nafplion which was
the capital of Greece from 1829 to 1834. Overnight Hotel Amalia in Nafplion. |
| November 11 | After breakfast, we head to the fortified town of Mystras which is 8 kilometers from ancient Sparta.
You will have time to have lunch on your own while exploring the town. In the afternoon, you travel to Olympia, the site of the ancient Olympic Games.

| November 12 | After a morning tour of Olympia, you will continue to Patras, Greece's 3rd largest city, built
in the foothills of Mount Panachaikon overlooking the Gulf of Patras. After lunch on your own, we visit Delphi which was considered in classical
times as the center of the Universe and the major site to worship the god Apollo. Overnight Hotel Vouzas in Delphi.

| November 13 | After breakfast in Delphi, we take the 3 hour drive through the mountains
back to Athens. You have the afternoon to relax and enjoy one more evening in Athens. |
| November 14 | After breakfast we depart for the airport
for your return flights. |
