Rates
We will quote you the lowest individual airfares and hotel rates available at the time of reservation or offer you inclusive packages with airfare, hotel and car rental that offer the best value. Rates are not guaranteed until a deposit is received.

Reservations and Payments
A deposit of $100.00 per person by check or credit card must be received before confirming your reservations. The Westin Hotel special must be prepaid by check. Final payment must be received before August 1, 2008. Flights and cars can be booked with a credit card.

Cancellations
A $60 per person cancellation fee applies if canceled at any time. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a two night cancellation fee plus $200 per person Airfares are nonrefundable once ticketed.

Not included in price
All items not specifically listed under tour features. All runners are responsible for entering themselves for any events online. All entries are guaranteed when travel is booked through Marathon Tours.

Insurance
Trip cancellation, baggage, health and accident insurance is available on request and is highly recommended to all participants.

Responsibility
These tours are operated by Marathon Tours, Inc. of Boston, MA who acts only as an agent for the passenger to the companies offering such services and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity caused by any reason whatsoever by any party offering such services. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure with a full refund made as full settlement to the passenger. Marathon Tours, Inc. may make any changes or alterations in the itinerary as it deems necessary for the proper handling of the tour and may refuse any person as a member of the tour. This contract will be governed by the laws of Massachusetts. The sole responsibility of any airline used is limited to that set out in the passenger contract evidenced by the ticket. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time that the passengers are not on board their aircraft.
